Hmm, apparently a lot of people are just now becoming aware of BAKON Bacon-Flavored Vodka.
It’s been available in my area for almost a year; we especially recommend making Bacon Bloody Marys with it; make sure you add a strip of bacon as garnish.

No holiday party is complete without the Bacon Bloody Marys!
Here’s the recipe we used:
After that candied bacon set in it was time for some more booze, so we wandered by the Bacon Bloody Mary booth, made with everyone’s favorite bacon-vodka, Bakon. We own some Bakon but hadn’t yet tried it in a bloody mary; it was excellent! It’s like getting tazered while drinking a V8.
Just in case you needed a use for Bakon Vodka Here is the recipe for a Bakon Mary.
They say once you go “Bakon” you never go back.
• 1 oz. to 1½ oz. Bakon Vodka in a Highball glass filled with ice.
• Fill glass with tomato juice
• 1 dash celery salt
• 1 dash ground black pepper
• 1 dash Tabasco
• 2-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 tsp. horseradish (pure, never creamed)
• Dash of lemon or lime juiceGarnish with a celery stalk; a skewer of olives, pickles, carrots, mushrooms, or other vegetables; or even meat or shrimp (bacon, salami, shrimp, etc.) and cheese. Pickled asparagus spears or pickled beans are also great as a garnish.

Bacon Marys at the SuperBowl
Someday I imagine St. Peter to greet me at the Gates of Heaven with one of these in one hand and a Padron Anniversario in the other.

We wonder if the bacon scent would confuse the breathalyzer…
Render the fat from the bacon in a skillet, reserve the grease and let it cool until it is safe to handle. Eat the bacon.
Pour a few tbsp of bacon fat on the salt until you get a nice smoky flavor. Use this to salt the rim of the pint glass.
Add everything else, garnish with the celery stick and ENJOY!
