Here are the Bacon Beer vendors. The guy told me it was Everclear with bacon soaked in it, then strained and dripped into the beer.
Truth be told, the bacon taste was barely discernible, but it was still a mighty-fine beer!

Apparently San Juan Brewing Co. in Friday Harbor, WA makes a pretty good bacon beer, but there’s nothing about it listed on their site. But there’s a review of it over at beeradvocate.com, so if you’re ever in the Friday Harbor area, it may be worth the ferry ride over!
