Parkers Waffles & Coffee had a bacon-waffle booth, which was perhaps the most delicious thing we had at the Baconfest.

Our only other complaint about the venue was that they didn’t have enough power for all the vendors, so these poor waffle-makers had to make-do with only 2 waffle burners and a crowd of hungry bacon-addicts!

After we got ours, we booked it outta there to avoid getting bacon-mugged

[Edit: simply cook some bacon, place batter in the waffle-maker, apply bacon strips, and when you close the lid the batter will fill-in around the bacon.]
