
Recipe: Bacon-Wrapped Steak - Delicious Pub Food!
You Need:
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2c barbecue sauce
-1/4c soy sauce
-2tbsp red wine vinegar
-2 steaks
-1/2lb Bacon (or more if you wish!)
1. Slice the steak into small pieces
2. Prepare marinade by mixing together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the steak and allow to marinate for at least 3 hours.
3. Slice bacon - I cut each slice into 4 smaller strips by slicing it once eidthwise and once lengthwise.
4. Wrap bacon around steak piece and grill on barbecue or george foreman grill until the bacon is slightly burned.
5. Enjoy with a nice cold pint!
